Situation:
BNN, being a new subsidiary, needed to develop its own messaging and distinguish itself from the parent company. BNN wanted to convey who, what, when, where and why potential clients should choose BNN's solutions. They also needed to provide resources for current customers. BNN also needed a website that let customers determine who are the best sales contacts based on their geographic location; download detailed product and solution information and ask questions via a managed e-mail address.
