Vehicle Administrative Services, Ltd. (VAS) is the premier wholesale provider of
automotive related benefits specializing in emergency roadside assistance and first-notice-of-loss
services in the United States. To further augment their service offerings VAS wanted
to build a mobile application that would allow users to call for emergency roadside
assistance, locate and call dealerships, search for local information, and map all
of the above. The mobile application would be designed for use with iPhone and Android
devices. VAS selected Plasma for the design of this mobile application. Plasma's
creative process included the creation of the entire user interface and presentation
of that interface to VAS for approval prior to actual development.
Plasma then configured the database with applicable information and data and arranged
the API's for the calls to the mobile apps. The mobile app was designed with several
features including user login alters, menus, account information screen, call screens,
etc.
The mobile app was developed on time, on scope, and on budget and has provided VAS
and their clients with an outstanding tool and service.
