AT&T launched Network Services Gateway (NSG) Sandbox for the Developer Community.  This platform enables Developers to test their applications before going to production. It allows Developers to automatically select Location Based, SMS, MMS, WAP and Device Capability Services and test their applications using these services.   Plasma's FUSION™ platform allows the Developer to receive their application ids, passwords, short codes and application endpoints in less than 5 minutes.   The Plasma FUSION™ software-as-a-service solution also provisions these applications into AT&T’s Network through an integration with Alcatel-Lucent.
