There are a few industries today that are still driven by creating a consumer experience.   That consumer can be direct or in-direct.    What we may not know is how that consumer finds out about our company, engages in the purchase or servicing of our product or services or how they wish to consume it.   But we can control the web environment, the look and feel, how we engage them and the overall experience they should expect from our company.
