Offshore Staff Augmentation

• A 3 men team was selected by the customer from a pool of resumes submitted by Plasma. The team was then invited to customer’s UK office for 2 week environment, product development process knowledge transfer activities.
• On return back the team setup the development environment to mirror the customer’s environment at the offshore Lab in Delhi. A VPN tunnel was created for project communication and accessing project servers.
• The team is under direct management of customer project management team.
• The Plasma development team is responsible for weekly updates on the progress of tasks assigned to them by customer’s project management team.
