The customer’s internal development team is involved with creating software applications and services to support the infrastructure and business process needs. They wanted a partner who can provide QA resources which can be deployed on short notice.
Plasma used our offshore QA staff from New Delhi lab to perform quality analysis. The customer was able to send the daily development output and QA team was able to give the feedback on it before the next business day started in US.
The time difference between India and US helped turn the development lifecycle into a round the clock process.
