Project
The Job Tracking and order management system is a project that is being developed to address 2 main components.

- Migrate the Franchise business accounts to a SQL based solution.
- Interface the web based order management system with the H&R BLOCK REflex order management system.
Solutions
This system is based on web services and XML data transfer. We are required to pull and push data to and from H&R Block order management system.
To facilitate this data transfer, the customer needed to have a web interface in place that allows them to view data received by system and add/update data to be sent back to the third party system.
Additionally, they must have the ability to export new requests retrieved from the third party system to be used in their existing FileMaker system. The overall business process, data schemas, UI requirements and job status information format was design and developed as part of this project.
