Customer had a need to experienced project management staff to guide and mentor the development team for Model Driven Architecture approach.
Solutions
Plasma’s Project management certified staff helped the customer setup the development process after analysis of the project requirement and the organization of the development teams.
The process was refined to identify the roles played by different teams and the different stages of the project. The project was organized around Platform Independent Model architecture and Platform Specific Model architecture.
A clear set of responsibilities, milestones and deliveries were assigned to the different teams on the project lifeline. The team was mentored on how to best organize the central model repository and how to best manage the configuration and versioning capabilities.
