Role Overview<\/h4>

We are seeking a competitive, driven Telecom Account Manager<\/strong>\u2014someone who thrives both as a Farmer<\/strong> (deepening and expanding existing accounts) and as a Hunter<\/strong> (opening new opportunities).<\/p>

This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with 5\u201310 years of telecom sales\/account experience<\/strong>, who understands the telco ecosystem and is ambitious about scaling their career in the AI solutions space.<\/p>

You will own relationships, revenue, expansion strategy, and client success within your telecom accounts\u2014living in the telco space, speaking the language, and driving growth through insight, hustle, and execution.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Key Responsibilities<\/h4>

Account Ownership & Growth<\/h5>
  • Own a portfolio of telecom clients end-to-end\u2014relationship management, renewals, expansion, and long-term strategic value.<\/li>
  • Identify upsell\/cross-sell opportunities and actively pursue expansion revenue within existing accounts.<\/li>
  • Hunt for new lines of business and whitespace opportunities within major telecom operators.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

        Sales Strategy & Execution<\/h5>
        • Develop strategic account plans and execute them with precision\u2014pipeline development, forecasting, and deal advancement.<\/li>
        • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage renewals with favorable terms.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          AI & Telecom Expertise<\/h5>
          • Become fluent in our AI and automation platforms and how they apply to telco workflows, operations, and digital transformation.<\/li>
          • Translate client challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions and coordinate with internal product\/engineering teams.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            Operational Excellence<\/h5>
            • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and activity logs.<\/li>
